These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the DEKO MEBLI website and the design, manufacture and installation services we provide. By engaging our studio you accept these terms.

1. Our services

DEKO MEBLI provides custom furniture, bespoke kitchens, interior solutions, in-house production, installation and residential design. The exact scope of each project is defined in a written proposal and quote.

2. Enquiries & quotes

An enquiry through this website is not a binding order. A project becomes confirmed once the design, specification and quote are approved by you in writing and any agreed deposit is received.

3. Payments

Bespoke work typically requires a deposit before production begins, with the balance due on or before installation. Because items are made to order, deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been cut. Specific terms are stated in your contract.

4. Timelines

We provide estimated production and installation dates in good faith. Timelines may shift due to material availability or site readiness; we will keep you informed of any change.

5. Warranty

Our craftsmanship is covered by a warranty for the period stated in your contract. The warranty excludes normal wear, misuse, damage caused by improper environment, and alterations made by others. Natural materials may vary in grain and tone — this is a feature, not a defect.

6. Designs & content

All designs, drawings, visualisations and the content of this website remain the intellectual property of DEKO MEBLI and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kyiv.
